We begin with a comprehensive intake to understand your story, your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum experience so far, along with your goals, history, and lived realities.
From there, we look at the full picture. For some, that includes medical assessment, labs, and ongoing clinical care. For others, it focuses on coaching, education, and support while they continue with their existing providers. In both cases, we develop a personalized plan that unfolds over time, never rushed and never one-size-fits-all.
Through regular one-on-one sessions, we return again and again to what matters most: how your body is recovering, how your energy and health are evolving, and how you are making sense of this transition into motherhood. Each session offers space to be heard, to reflect, and to take meaningful steps forward with guidance that adapts as you do.

We begin by listening. You share your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum experience so far, along with your health history, daily realities, and hopes moving forward. This becomes the foundation for all of our work together.
2. Thoughtful assessment and personalized planning
Together we look at what your body and life are asking for now.
For Clinical + Coaching clients, this may include labs or medical evaluation when appropriate.
For Coaching & Education clients, this includes a detailed review of habits, stressors, and recovery patterns.
In both cases, we create a clear, individualized plan, never guessing, never one-size-fits-all.
3. Regular 1:1 sessions that allow care to unfold over time
These are not rushed appointments. We track progress, revisit concerns, and adjust as your needs evolve. The goal is continuity, not quick fixes.
4. Space for the parts of motherhood that medicine often overlooks
We talk about how you feel in your body, the realities of daily life, intimacy, identity shifts, and the mental load of caring for others while recovering yourself. Nothing here is treated as “outside the scope.”
5. Education that helps you understand what is happening
You learn how postpartum recovery and matrescence actually work, physically, emotionally, and socially, so you can make informed decisions and feel more confident navigating this stage.
