The Root Network

Where mothers find support, guidance, and connection through trusted community partners.

Welcome to The Root Network, the connection arm of The Village.
If The Harvest Drive meets material needs, and The Wisdom Well nurtures through knowledge, The Root Network strengthens mothers through people—trusted professionals, helpers, healers, and community partners who support mothers in ways the traditional system often fails to.

These are the roots that hold mothers up.
These are the hands that steady them.
This is the network that lets a mother say, “I don’t have to do this alone.”

The Root Network exists because mothers deserve access to safe, aligned, mother-centered support across all areas of life—not just during pregnancy, but through postpartum, perimenopause, menopause, and every season in between.

What the Root Network Offers

The Root Network includes a carefully curated list of individuals, professionals, and organizations who share our values:
mother-centered, dignity-forward, inclusive, and people-over-profit.

Our network includes:

  • Pelvic floor physical therapists

  • Lactation consultants

  • Mental health and trauma-informed therapists

  • Bodyworkers (massage, craniosacral, etc.)

  • Sexual health educators

  • Fitness and movement specialists

  • Postpartum doulas

  • Nutrition professionals

  • Community organizations serving mothers

  • Local partners offering support with childcare, food access, and essential needs

  • Culturally-rooted healers, elders, knowledge-keepers

  • Artists and creatives supporting maternal identity and expression

Each partner is chosen with care.
Each one uplifts mothers in ways that complement the work we do at Matricentric Health & Well Care.

Why the Root Network Matters

Mothers thrive when they are held by a web of support—not a single provider or single system, but a village of hands, skills, and wisdom.

The Root Network reconnects mothers to the communal model that sustained us for generations:
women supporting women, midwives guiding families, elders sharing knowledge, helpers stepping in where needed, and communities wrapping around mothers with care.

This is how we grow stronger roots.
This is how we build generational change.
This is how we ensure mothers are no longer navigating alone.

Root yourself here and lets help mothers and each other grow.
