Postpartum Support Resources in Delaware: A Guide for New Mothers and Postpartum People

Postpartum is one of the most significant transitions of your life, and navigating it without support is harder than it needs to be. The good news is that Delaware has a growing network of providers, organizations, and community programs specifically focused on supporting mothers after birth. The bad news is that most mothers do not find out about these resources until they are already struggling.

This guide is meant to change that. Find your people before you need them. Build your list before the storm hits.

A note from Matricentric Health & Well Care

Knowing these resources exist is the first step. Actually having them identified, contacted, and ready before your baby arrives is what changes your postpartum experience. That is exactly what we help you do in the Practically Prepared Postpartum program, building your personal support network while you still have the capacity to do it.

The live class is May 30. If you want to walk into postpartum with a real plan and the people to back it up, we would love to have you there.

Grab the free postpartum prep checklist here — or register for the May 30 class.
